Service scope

Services are provided according to a separately agreed scope, including approved deliverables, markets, accounts, permissions, and review gates.

Client responsibilities

Clients must own or be authorized to use the products, accounts, trademarks, media, and business information they provide. Product claims and compatibility information must be accurate and supportable.

Platform actions

External actions such as publishing, advertising spend, price or inventory changes, and account-permission changes require the client's authorization. CHERSONN is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

No performance guarantee

Commerce outcomes depend on product, price, market demand, platform distribution, competition, and execution. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, return on ad spend, or platform approval.
